Room Service

Can I pause this moment ?
There are times you wish never got over. The time remaining to the deadlines froze and the playlist could play on without reaching the last track. The rainy season is having its lazy effects on me. My playslist is getting longer, empty cups of coffee are spilling from my dustbin as I battle common cold. The not so uncommon cold has a tendency to make people lazy with the sleep inducing pills and the weather has a tendency to make matters worse.
So where does the business figure in this lazy haven ?
The answer is "Quick Room Service" (QRS).
The ingredients of QRS are simple. A widely distributed number, open lines, a pleasent speaker and a quick delivery system. Distribute pamphlets for creating awareness of the menu and phone number, have a good phone line system depending on traffic, take orders online through your own portal or even Facebook, hire a pleasing person for taking the orders and deliver the orders ASAP.
Actually its not that simple. One missing element of the chain can mean an unhappy or lost customer. An effective chain means building a solid brand identity (Esp: when your customer is lazy).

Marketer's Job: Showing the money

A marketer's biggest dilemma is a client who misunderstands his service. " A writer who is in a hurry to be understood today or tomorrow runs the danger of being misunderstood the day after tomorrow ." ~ Johann G. Hamann Most of the times marketers face the challenge of being misunderstood. During the days when I was part of a startup, I felt that even if I'd break my head, the client will not really understand what my firm was offering and the benefits it gave.

Your Customer - Another line in a database

Email marketing can be the trickiest thing in the online marketing jigsaw. Most promotional emails end up as being marked as read or spam. No one cares! Well because most of the time, the ones sending it through a database also don't care.
