Google could not have operated in china without having filtered its search. I cannot imagine India and me today without Google. Guess what would have happened if we were a communist country. Google, in or out of china is a matter of following a great philosophy. Without me being politically incorrect, many points in Google's ten point philosophy point towards a clear direction. Some of them are
  • Point 4. Democracy on the web works.
  • Point 6 You can make money without doing evil.
  • And finally Point 10 Great just isn't good enough.
