Dr Manmohan Singh and his license

Getting license in Delhi means bribing the officers, going not once but many times to the RTO and trying your luck. I was lucky to have got it done the first time, but many of my family members just happened to go on an off day. Dr Manmohan Singh did the right decision by going to the RTO on sunday. He saved the income in form of bribes of many corrupt officers.

Hindu reports
The Prime Minister had gone to the RTO at Indraprastha in central Delhi to renew his driving license that had expired 45 days ago but he made one concession to security by choosing a Sunday to go there along with his wife Gursharan Kaur, who also renewed her license.

Another good thing is that he saved the time loss caused due to his cavalcade on a regular day. Maybe some politicians can learn from him.
