Suck-ups and Ass-Kissers

Ass-Kisser (def.): A person who sucks up to people in a position of authority in order to get some kind of reward or perks.
Frustrated over your kiss-ass colleague?
The hard part of life is that you can't tell others what to do or what not to do. We have to work as a team and working in teams means that you encounter people who have pretty messed up value systems. Ethics go for a toss and morals are completely unwanted. Their actions are completely unwarranted and are aimed at destructive growth.

In such situations you have to listen to two things
1. Reaction of your boss
2. Opinion of other team-mates.
Is both are against the kiss-ass team mate, you don't need to worry. But I guess you are reading this because you do worry.

It's time you show your vulnerability. Make it open. Make your hatred of kiss-ass behavior open, visible. It is time to show some aggression. Let the battle be open. Vulnerability has a lot of power. Let the emotions come out rather than be hidden in you. (Watch this talk by Brene Brown to learn about unleashing your vulnerability)
Aggression is the most common behavior used by many organizations, a nearly invisible medium that influences all decisions and actions.
