Pakistan's PM Yousuf Raza Gilani now comes with another statement blaming the Indian intelligence for Mumbai terror.

Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has said 26/11 was India's intelligence failure and blames the international community of playing favourites.

I wonder what the leader wants to suggest. Maybe he is making such statements to strengthen his foothold in the party.
