Sachin 200

Sachin's double hundred is not just another milestone. Its a voice that says, "People, look at my age, Nothing is impossible". Will power is what you need when the world is ready to write you off in the name of younger blood coming in. I'm not against it either, but it is the victory of superior mental control than superior skill alone. He has given hope to a million more that it is not that tough being great, you just need to hang on (Of course luck cannot be counted out).  My student mess was all united and dancing when Sachin scored the double hundred. I'm pretty sure India would have been the same at that moment in history. More than even when we got freedom. Looking back this question comes to my mind, "Who united India ?" The answer is there. Long Live Sachin's spirit in India!

Save our Tigers - Aircel

Joining a cause gives businesses a good forum to spread their brand. Whether it is Tata Tea and Jaago Re or the  save our tigers campaign by Aircel in partnership with WWF to save India's tigers. The difference between good businesses and great businesses is this wide unsaid gap that they fill. Profits are not the key. They are mandatory. The key is how much profits are you willing to share for the people you earn from. Taking cues from Barack Obama's campaign, you can donate online. This caters to an ever increasing Indian online audience. The best part is that it is an integrated online campaign, which includes a blog (stripey), facebook page, youtube channel and twitter.
