BSNL landline connection for Rs 20

BSNL is offering a new scheme in rural areas of UP, offering landline phone connection at a throw away price. Under this scheme, in the rural areas of UP, a landline connection can be obtained in easy monthly installments of Rs 20. The customer can also opt for paying the total amount, Rs 200, in one go.
This scheme gives 20 free local calls per month to the subscriber.
